Eligibility for Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for size adjustments only. We do not offer refunds.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at info@mymsop.org with your reason for return. We will provide instructions for mailing your item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed within 14–21 business days.
